We checked in at 2am in the morning. The desk clerk was lovely and really helpful. The room itself was nice clean and spacious. The bathroom was huge. A few marks on the walls ect but expected for the price we paid. We had a balcony where we could watch the parrots. The swimming pool was lovely and welcoming and well maintained/regularly monitored. The air conditioning in the room was restricted unfortunately and because of the heatwave it wasn't ideal. The fridge didn't work and the beds were really. There was also an unpleasant member of staff when my husband went to ask for more pillows as one each wasn't enough he got abuse from the desk clerk (a different person to the night staff) and they only gave him 1 pillow to share between the three of us. The gardens were lovely and the free parking was really helpful. The hotel is remote there's no walking around town from this location but that's what we were after away from the streets. All in all a great place to rest your head but they need to upgrade their bedding and perhaps have a cafe/bar to make it more appealing for long term stays.
A lovely calming respite to return to after seeing the sights of Rome. Clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff all of whom spoke perfect English . Comfortable outside seating areas, perfect for a sundowner or an alfresco breakfast. A big …
We came here super late, like around 2200 in the evening. Beyond exhausted from a day traveling, having no time to eat because the entire region was fully booked due to a conference. Looked for more than 1.5 hours for a hotel.
Went to the reception and had the luck somebody cancelled. The lovely lady who could speak English very well, was so friendly and even helped to order a delicious pizza.
The room was so big, bathroom and provided toiletries were above expectation, even a balcony and two mini fridges(if i remember correctly)! Slept like a baby and felt bummed out that we couldn't stay longer.
Parking is also safe and breakfast was fine.
A perfect quality/price ratio!
Can recommend this hotel to anyone.
Only downside is that i heard a screeching baby as a neighbor at that night, but I can't blame the hotel for that.
Terrible stay....hotel advertises as a 3 star in Rome. Is actually a motel or more like a bad hostel miles outside Rome in a remote location. On arrival we were given a room down a dark back balcony. Pillows were soiled and bedding …
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, but if wanting food on a late arrival check in you are guided to just eat, deliveroo or a menu they have on the front desk obviously in Italian (not silly aware we were in Italy). So if you plan a late …
Very nice stay. Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Good selection of breakfast choice and reception staff very helpful. |A bit out of the way from anything so a taxi is needed to get to the nearest metro - Catalina to get into the …
If you want somewhere quieter to stay out of city & don't mind the 40-50 mins travel on speedy metro/buses this may suit you. Best if you're driving as it's a motel really. Pedestrian access is tricky as you get off bus, as you are walking up & down slip roads to a dual carriageway with obviously no pavements 😕. Probably why hotel recommends taxi but we had 3 day bus/metro pass which was super cheap for travel round & to & from city.
They've tried to improve some rooms by modernization. Some staff more helpful than others. Shout out Federico🙌 Didn't get to use pool. Looked nice enough. Shame they don't make more of grounds & especially the tarmacked path leading from behind hotel. Would be great if opened just for pedestrians. A much safer route.
Lovely place to stay, staff very helpful, rooms are very clean, I would take a small extension lead as not many sockets for charging things, we didn't use the pool as we spent most of your time exploring. Breakfast was good. The hotel nice …
